Post a picture of your next bike part or mtb gear on order!

This Epic Evo frame popped up this morning, so I jumped on it. I am going to port over most of the parts from my Epic HT. I had considered going the Stumpjumper route, but I felt it was too much in the direction of the Enduro as I have it set up, leaving me with two big-travel bikes. Plus, the SJ would've been a helluva lot more to build up (fork, calipers, rotors), so this was a no-brainer. Really excited. Also I am swapping out the suspension for a Rockshox Deluxe Select+, so the stock Fox one will be going up for sale, along with some other stuff I am salvaging from the HT. The HT frame is going to be replaced by Spesh with a factory replacement (SW, L) due to the paint defects, so if you know anyone looking for a XC frame, that will be available as well.

So, between the frame being delayed until the new year. 🤬 and SRAM fubar’n rim availability I decided to pivot on project Man-I-Ack. Going with the Revel RW30’s instead. At least those are in stock.

and I just bought a Yelli Screamy to tide me over until the Ti Maniak frame materializes.

Tried out a Canfield HT at Stewart a couple of weeks ago. Great geometry and well balanced. Also fun which is what bikes are about. Can hardly wait to see the build!

Well I certainly didn’t order these but it’s great when a buddy upgrades his gravel wheels and donates these so I can have a 2nd set for riding the gravel bike with road tires. !!

Even includes cassette and rotors ! Winning

I'm removing all Carbon bars from my MTBs. Starting with the Occam.

Curious about removing all carbon bars. Seems adding is considered an upgrade.

Full disclosure: All my bikes have carbon except the new Pivot which is still OEM alum.

It's a comfort thing. Yes Carbon is lighter and claim to have flex built in. I don't think they bend as much as they claim. My hands and forearms are killing me after a ride. I had aluminum on all my previous bikes.
