McNeil (Easley , Ronnie Lott, Long, Singletary), O'Brian (Marino) , or Lageman (Atwater, ).
To be fair (@MadisonDan) a bunch of teams passed on Marino. Todd Blackledge & Tony Eason were also picked ahead of him.
I mean look at any draft and it becomes clear this is a heck of a guessing game.

McNeil and Lagemen both had good careers too.
i think Lagemen was the short version of Large Man. He made the other players look small.
