What have you done to your bike today?

be careful about letting the grip run down the lifeline of your hand - get it out on the pads - finger wrap, not palm wrap. rotate the brake levers
up to help out. mine would go numb and cramp until i rotated the brake levers (again ty @Ryan.P) - it also stops the OTB thing

I can't cut food after rides I'm gonna move my brake levers to see if it helps

Yes, a slight downward angle is fine but some peeps run the levers almost 90 degrees down. This is hard on the wrists plus gives you terrible leverage if you have your weight off the back of the bike.

yes, levers closer to level. feels like you are behind the bars, not on top of them.
the heel of your hand does not touch the bar (or as little as possible)
