sorry for another ? but i'm just not confident about this DIY...
What kind of file are we talking about here. Home depot/Lowes link?

Bring the fork over tomorrow or after 5 Sunday through Wednesday, I'll file the burrs and all you'll have to do is fill with paint and wet sand. I probably have some of the right sandpaper left too, I just have to look.
