No, it's real... their cycling group is called XYZ on the bookface.... The shop has been in Chatham forever... I've been there a few times. My neighbor goes there a fair amount, although he complains he never pays the same price twice for the same service. Whatever.... I'll go there in the event that the two Hb shops or the Morristown Martys shop doesn't have what I need.

This is nice to hear. I am curious, however, where the unhappy riders ended up.
