my position - of course you follow the rules, pull over when you see them, etc.

but if you follow the rules and give them the necessary right-of-way and the rider mouthes off for no good reason after that....explain that you followed the rules and that they can go f#$k themselves!!

lets say,. what if someone have open wound,...and coincidently felt on massive horse poop i'm sure that person would get tetanus,and if that person not aware that manure can cause tetanus it will be so sad then,CMIIW.
