2016 JORBA Jungle Jam

We did wait for awhile, and when the guy with the white ibis topped out knew you must have peeled off. My apologies if the pace was too fast. The rest of the group was bunch of very advanced riders.

Ahhh, I feel bad you guys wasted some time waiting for me. I should have said something, but everyone was gone before I knew it and didn't know where I was going. I'm sure the pace was fine, but I'm only on the bike about a month now and that trail was definitely above my pay-grade.

Had a great time today. Was a bit under dressed for the tent area but perfect in the woods!

Good times today. I forgot to set an alarm so I missed most of the morning shenanigans, but good times were had. Thanks JORBA, Town Cycle, and other vendors.

Yeah that's my little beast! First trail ride on that bike too (which happens to have @jimvreeland 's 10spd drivetrain). He's an Allaire regular but said he loved riding Jungle today. Will have to make more trips up north to play in the rocks.

Hope @moose35 got some video of his little ripper (Zoey) riding the skinny at the end of the day! We're gonna have trouble keeping up with them in a few years

Awesomeness! Love this event! Rode with @pooriggy , @UtahJoe , @Riggedfmx (crash his brains out 100+ times...,a few others, @jimvreeland , @HumanVise and may others showed up...that place is magic up there...my favorite place to ride....took my fatty for a spin today.

Did the 10:30 and the 11am kids ride with Will. He isn't that experienced, but did great. He was pushed a bit beyond what he's comfortable with, and he killed it.

I now need to buy some lumber and build some skinnies, that kid is addicted.

Awesome day out there, thanks to all the Jorba peeps that make this happen. Can't believe I drove up in the pouring rain and the trails were perfect!! Thanks @HumanVise and @Jefflenosky for coming out and entertaining us, inspiring as always. And thanks @domo for only playing Welcome to the Jungle once...that I heard

Yes, excellent event! Thanks Jorba! Thanks @HumanVise for again sacrificing your body for our personal entertainment....Great show as always Jeff! I got to try a few sweet demo bikes courtesy of Tenefly...Helped Dillion with one of the group rides, ate a burrito, got in about 3 hours of riding....that was a great day.

Then helped with Cognition Coaching clinic

Had a great group of kids chasing me through the woods (I told them to make a funny face...this is what I got).

Then some time to tackle Rhino rollers

so much fun

and i think this is the most i've been able to ride at Jungle too! did the early morning (not so single speed) ride then a skills clinic with Ben (i have so much work to do on my climbing skills... probably my single biggest weakness)... then TWO demo rides... played around on the skinnies... i ate a whole pizza in there too... and the demo guy totally remembered me!

AND NO MAJOR INJURIES!
