Lots of meat day, since out of commission with poison ivy and can't drink cause Prednisone. Four racks of ribs and 3 pounds of duck gizzards going into the smoker. 5 lbs of flank with membranes intact for Chinese style beef stew with daikon. 7 lbs of pork hock meat for a chorizo bean stew.IMG_20180624_111339.jpg
