Would love to see various styles/ethnic technique and ingredients....whatcha got?

just some simple stuff to start off the celebration.

Vegan Meatless lasagna - standard ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan. jar sauce (that's right, but it is augmented with dry & fresh herbs)

Making some Deviled eggs - these have a bit of a twist - chopped jalapeno, and chipotle with adobo. W1f3 does the work here.

Needed to make room in the frig. need to have cookies when cooking - the word cooking is directly derived from the word cookie - anyone can see that. anyway, the lazy already sliced, slice-n-bake cookie!

Nice pictures, but standard ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan are not vegan.

Vegan Rule #1: it can't come from something that had a mother or a face!
