I rode there yesterday ; the place is sick!, would like to learn my way around better. Did @ 4 hours with tons of climbing but hit all the key spots: Dam, Hawk Watch, Bat Cave , sweet rok gardens on blue trail etc.
I parked/started at the parking lot near Bat Cave , Green pond rd and Lower Hibernia road, took Beach Glen trail out. Not sure where the lot is on Meriden rd, let me know ill meet you there sat am. Just us 2 or more folks joining us?

I gather to get from one to the other the path is over the hill.

For a ccw loop,

Beach glen to the end, then left on Meriden up 3 tenths, to the bridge and left onto the river trail ( not yet marked), to the furnace and dam, up to the road and over the dam, then WRT to hawk watch parking,then orange to the hawk watch. Several options down, white of orange or woods roads. Have a great ride...enjoy.
