Percussion pumps are relatively loud. No way around it.

Are you going to get attacked by someone? I mean, probably not.

Relative to CO2, yes. Super loud. Relative to a manual pump, that depends how bushed/noisy you are.

Like, heated Italian discussion loud? Pick something that is loud, but not screaming, and that's it.
