Found this at the end of my ride on Columbia trail this past Sunday. With all the fire warnings glad someone forgot it and didn’t walk along the trail smoking it.

Really... my WAG is it fell off a scaffolding contactor's truck. While I'm sure they have at least one spare, it's likely an expensive oops.

edit: Yep... about $50 from Amazon... $80 from Grainger.
