What have you done to your car today?

well to be fair to walter....since I have free towing with my hagerty insurance....im more than happy to have them tow me home and let me work on the car in my garage later.
Is that just for the Mustang? I'm using AAA, so this tow basically paid for the year.

Ciocca Chevy GMC is now charging a $20 overnight parking fee if you night drop your car for service in the morning. F these greedy guys.
Ciocca VW charged me 279 for an oil change on my wife’s Atlas. At first I was mad, then I just laughed and asked the service guy if people ever came back. He’s not making the prices.

Open road VW was about $180 for a 4 cylinder car a few years ago. So with a larger vehicle, income and tariff adjustments probably the going rate.

This Almost ended up in the frown thread when the wife texted me that she’s driving the brand new Pilot and feels like something is in the tire.

She was only .5 mile away with no tire warning lights on so I told her get it back home.

Turns out it’s so F*cking hot out the asphalt patching in the shoprite parking lot must be melting ! Scraped it off and good to go.

So I noticed last month that one of the leaf's on the mustang were bent upwards in the wrong direction on the front of the driver side.....I originally replaced the springs in 2001...so when i restored that car...they looked fine, so I left them

so I ordered some new ones from Eaton.....JFC...$500 for the same thing I had on my oregon trail wagon lol.

poor people don't drive restored mustangs...

We lost a key to our older BMW, the ones with a real key and remote. Lots of locksmiths on FB but most seem like scammers with brand new accounts. Anyone work with a local who can cut and program car keys?

so you have a valid key fob and key....

there is probably a vid on how to program the new key/remote -

I found a key cutter in Brooklyn - send a pic, they analyze it and cut the new key.
it was eBay. he isn't on there anymore, but both keys worked flawlessly.
