Needed a few love taps from the cold chisel to remove from the hub's driver. Thank god nobody uses threaded sprockets on coaster brake hubs anymore.

Felt a little bad destroying it, but at least it wasn't worth much...

i realized that my little stub 60mm stem actually has some -/+ rise, so i flipped it negative and wow.

did not expect such a difference, i feel more comfortable, like i have more control, cut down the wheelies on steep climbs to almost nothing, and i had zero tingling or numbness in my hands despite the constant pummeling they received today

sometimes the smallest things make the biggest improvements

I redid most of cables and some of the housings, swapped the bars, stem, seat, and post. Cleaned everything up; drivetrain was such nasty sticky gack I had to put the chain and cassette in the parts washer. Still need to get some rubber on it (Jumpa lent me some 40c's for sizing, thanks dude!), some normal color bar tape now that I (kinda) can do that, and some fine tuning. Rides great but heavy. Jdog was hot on the GT Grade, wondering if the ride quality is from the bigger rubber or "steel is real" or both. Either way I'm digging it and it was cheap enough.

Put a 1x chainring on, threw on some 780mm bars and a dropper. Then slackened the geo a little on the RM

Pulled the Bulldozers off the Blizzard and replaced them with with the Jumbo Jims from the turner. Put FBN on the Turner, the FBN were pain to to set up tubeless, the bead is so loose that I had to strap the tire to the rim to get it to inflate
