These csmx3 cassettes have been pretty good to me. Well until now. Usually break the chain then slam my knee into the stem.Play Sunrace games, win Sunrace prizes.

Rusty2...did you build this one yourself then?Dialing in the fit on Rusty2. Swapped to a 110mm stem to get it closer to my road fit, it was 20mm short because the seat tube angle is steeper. Dropped the bars 1cm and cut the fork after riding it into work and confirming the bars needed to go down. It can go all the way but, gold spacer.

Waxed the chain because I’m apparently doing that now.

Need to swap the saddle to a flat power because the arc kinda sucks riding fixed. I definitely move forward and backwards a lot more fixed so something flat allows for that…

Every time I see Rusty 2.0 I can’t help feeling that it should be named “Cattywampus”. Ok, it’s just an excuse for me to use my favorite word. ☺️
This bar and stem is sweet.
I need to cut it down.
800mm is wide.View attachment 236591

I need a new saw blade. Something that cuts carbon. High tpi or a abrasive blade.
It feels stupid. I'll ride it on trail first.Don’t cut it, 800mm is so dope.

Last night, while I was giving my bike a once over, I discovered that my crank arm was broken. The pedal insert detached from the carbon crank arm. It was holding on by a thread so I grabbed some Gorilla glue and duct tape. Somehow it all held together for the Ringwood group ride. 🫣

New cranks already on order.

I used RF cranks for all of my bike builds and I can attest that not riding them has exponentially extended the life of all my cranks across the board...your results may vary.Play Race Face games, win Race Face prizes 😂
