Replaced the springs, cleaned and lubed the pawls on the I9 hub before installing my OG XX1 on the Domahidy. Next up, bringing the old SIR9 back to life as the resident SS.

Front brake took a poop Wednesday. Definitely felt like air in the system it would pump up. Line had been kinda kinked since hitting a tree so figured I'd shorten line, new olive and fitting, bleed and see what happens.
Surprising amount of heavy tools used here...

New bar tape; chain, brake pads and tires and a nice bike wash long overdue. Guess it’s mid summer maintenance time since I have been able to ride more due to my (lack of) work situation.

Finally built and rode my new MegaTower!

First ride was essentially diving into the deep end of the pool: Upper J-Bar trail at Burke Mtn during my annual Kingdom Trails vacation trip.

This bike is an absolute beast. But a beast that climbs amazingly well. Although with the current DH oriented wheels and Magic Mary tires, it could definitely be better.

Catching up from 31/31. Gotta get rid of all the creeks and squeaks. I mostly ride the Con Crosso on the towpath, so it was long over due for some love.

New tires for my old Planet-X Zebdi. Well, "newish" and not dry rotted like the ones I pulled off.

My 9 year old says she wants to try out BMX racing. If I'm going to be hanging around the track I figure I might as well try and get out there myself and have some fun.

Don't be jealous of my sweet Shimano carbon fiber brake booster or my 6 lb pedals.

I had the stock Specialized seat.
I went with this because it got great reviews and Ergon always seems to make pretty good stuff. Plus it matched ?

Currently riding on a Specialized Phenom Expert on 3 bikes. 1 has gotten very noisy with creaking and clicking.

Good way to break more. Get a fiberfix if you don't want to take it apart.
