I had to call Jamie for a rescue a few weeks ago.
This is really all I carry from a tool / repair perspective. A lot of times I leave the multitool because there is one mounted on my frame.
I also like to carry a lot of water / mix and sugar. So I pack light with tools to save space for calories.

I see you carry a valve core in your road kit. I personally carry a whole valve (stem + core) since that time when I snapped a valve stem while inflating the front tire barely past the point of no return of a ride, and I don't want to put a tube on if I can help it.

What was the problem? Sometimes you just need the sag. Once my BB seized and was done. Happen to be towing two little ones at the time so walk of shame wasn't an option

Flat but the Zipp wheels have a dish and I never got tubes with longer stems... so had tubes just not the right ones
For some unknown reason I feel compelled to carry a spare tube on my Levo knowing I have zero intention of changing it in the woods with a DH casing and a Cushcore.

Seeing this gave me a good reason to empty out the Camelback. Not shown is the 3L bladder or the 3.5 rock-hard Nature's Bakery fig bars that have been buried at the bottom for who knows how long... and a zip-lock bag of TP.
Too much? Definitely. But I also need to add some spares that have been used along the way: various zip-ties, a derailleur cable and a 2032 battery.
