Not sure how they came up with the name
Looking at profile and location(rotting tree), I'd say it's a Red Bellied Woodpecker looking for a meal. Not sure how they came up with the name for this Woodpecker, given the fact that the top of his head is red, I think everyone was like...whatever, we'll go with it.

Too late to video last night:
A couple of Great Horned Owls were communicating between my yard and @Roadie's.
They eventually hooked up after 30 minutes or so - then flew off.
Might need headphones, my build-in speakers wouldn't reproduce it.
Subtitles please, I don't speak Great Horned Owlese and I am nearly deaf (that's what my wife says, I just have selective hearing).
