What beer are you drinking RIGHT NOW?

Probly belongs in the dark beers but WTH:

My buddy Cooch left this in my cooler the other day after flukin'. Have not been a fan of black ales in general, so had low expectations. I liked the can and went to the mirror to see wassup. Those crazy Cartons...

This was good, if you like the black ales try it. It's not as boozy as I was expecting at 10.0%

Why?!? Did we run out of the other grains? I liked when Mikkeller was doing their own weirdness as a gypsy brewer, but somehow they have the ability to make good breweries make bad decisions. It wasn't awful, I could tell there was a good beer trying to get out, but it was being smothered by a pile of spelt I guess.

I read that first time as "brewed with smelt" for some reason. Dan Aykroyd doing Bass-o-matic came to mind...

Stillwater Nu-tropic - India Pale Ale with Mango & Passionfruit - 6% ABV - Not a fan of fruit in my beer but this was not too bad, light but not a lot of nose or flavor - 3.5 SUZ

CZIG Meister The Shipwright IPA - 6.2% - Not a fan of this style, do they use Lager yeast or malt or ?? - 3.5 SUZ, Hopefully the Double is better.😀

Took @pooriggy 's advice when I saw Bolero Snort Crooked Labulls, even though I swore I would never buy one again after being burned multiple times. Not this time, even though it's a double and 8.5%, it was light and refreshing, very tasty - 4.0 SUZ

My local shop was out of Shape of Hops to Come, so saw some Stone brews:

Ghost Hammer IPA - 6.7% - Meh, OK but nothing to write home about. - 3.6 SUZ

Stone Enjoy By 07.04.17 Unfiltered IPA - 9.4% - OK, Stone you have instant redemption.😀 As soon as I pop the can, I know this is different. This is just like the first Enjoy By that everyone raved about, dank flavorful, so good. Different than the OH, Magnify East Coast thing, but still damn tasty. - 4.3 SUZ - Oh, and now in 6/pack cans.

P.S. I can now clearly see how badly my 5+ year old phone's camera sucks. Please forgive me, I spend all my spare cash on bikes and beer (soon to be tuition 😱).
