What beer are you drinking RIGHT NOW?

This is the beer I go for right before I give up beer for a while. Getting pudgy, and I think my evening IPAs are to blame. Gearingbup to drop 10-15 so I make all my bikes faster 😎

Opening one of these is a like a box of chocolate: I never know what I'm gonna get... because it's only 8% and I bought a case of it back in 2013, so it's over 12 years old. Sometimes it's amazing... sometimes it goes down the drain. Fortunately, this bottle is one of the amazing ones. Just incredibly smooth and the strong booziness most of the bottles I've opened had is gone.

I also spent 30 minutes rearranging the shelves and getting the rest of the 3 cases i bought a few months ago integrated...

We could be friends, except for the polar opposite taste budz... (Except on the buffalo trace😀)

Yeah... When you look at that picture, there's definitely a theme leaning towards stouts... and especially barrel-aged varieties.

I actually haven't opened the Buffalo Trace yet. Oddly enough, I took it to a camping trip earlier this year, but the level of bourbons and tequilas on the table were at such a level the bottle never got opened. Granted, as good as it is, I put it up against some bourbons 2-3X the cost per bottle.

I was a bit bummed to find out Sourland Mountain Distillery closed a couple of months ago. I suppose I'll have to measure out the few bottles I bought.
