What are you cooking right now?

I am cooking burrito. I also have some nachos. Mexican evening for me along with poker at casinoz.club is a nice mix. I had a difficult week and finally have some time to relax.

Pulled pork Mac and Cheese! Family style for group heading to Sugarbush tonight! I'm told fridge is already stocked with Sip of Sunshine and Heady Topper....

Now all we need is weather cooperation.
Please full report on conditions, we plan on heading that way in a few weeks
and yes the snow conditions as well

Did some marinated veggies, steak, and chicken on a salt block - had the top of the block around 350, which was a bit low.
def imparted that nice mineral salty taste that Himalayan salt delivers. The brusells sprouts picked up the most salt taste.
fun - will try it a a cold serving dish also.

Conditions were good, we skied Ellen on Friday and Lincoln Sat/Sun. Snow/sleet and rain on and off all week and then they picked up 6-8" Friday into Saturday. Word was that conditions had gotten pretty bad over the previous two weeks. Temps look good for next several weeks so keep fingers crossed.

Bacon Cheese Burgers Sous Vide (bacon is pre-cooked, mixed in the burger.)

80% lean Burgers are vac sealed, and dropped in 150F water for a couple hours. No place for the juices to go, mmm
I'll put them in a pan with a bit of oil to get some crust before serving with a thin slice of onion. i forgot to pick up a real round roll tho,
so it is going on an english muffin.
