What are you cooking right now?

Mrs manic tested out a new chili recipe, I took my first shot at jalapeño cheddar cornbread.

It helped that I went over the suggested amount of jalapeños for a full batch, despite only making a half batch.
(Happy little accident)

Last night...fried mahi mahi with cheesy broccoli orzo and a garlic aioli.
 
Just finished a pot of Texas chili on the smoker. 3.5lbs of meaty goodness...smoked chuck roast, ground beef and spicy sausage.

Finally someone made some real chili - no tomatoes, no beans like those fake chilis. Just meat, chilis and spices - as it should be.
