Free Samsung Vibrant
I work in the telecomm industry now and to see how fast and the amt of dollars that is being poured into this battle royale between all the carriers is pretty amazing. It's even more absurd when you start to see FREE SMARTPHONES and not some Kyocera but the real deal! The market is flooded with android phones and the sellers are doing whatever they can to get that commission. On top of that every carrier is looking to roll out faster speeds and hand in hand comes new phones and more money out of our pockets. There is no end...
Amazon was clearing Vibrants out with a 2 year contract. I hesitated and missed it. Now, Walmart is doing it too! Today is the last day! After many vend diagrams, I think I am about to make the leap to a smart phone! Esp if it is "free". I tend to keep my phones long term so the lovely thing about TMO, despite their mediocre service in central jers, is that after 2 years you switch to a plan that is significanly cheaper.
My girlfriend got a Vibrant last week. It's pretty freaking sweet. Android phone with 4" screen that is way more "Vibrant" than the rest of them. But she got duped by the t-mobile store and paid $200 with a 2 year contract. I am trying to get her to return it, reverse everything but you know how that is telling a woman what to do... and we'll just order two for the both of us and start a family plan (i guess this would be a good first bill to start out on together haha)
