hey all...my brother in law got this red eared slider turtle for his son in chinatown about 15 years ago.

we adopted her about 10 years ago when he went off to college and now our kids are heading out too...

she (we think she’s a she) is pretty healthy and happy but no one in our house is really interested in cleaning the tank and the other regular maintainence any more

we’d be giving away the tank the filter the lights and of course the turtle. the whole kit and kaboodle.

just need to come and get it

hit me up if interested

thanks!

Funny, I got one coming to live here next week, to replace my kids Russian tortoise that recently past. Almost the same story to. Belong to the person's kid, kid grows up, heads to college, mom and dad tired of doing the upkeep, so now trying to find the thing a new home.

The Python tales are just Urban Legend and/or for a very short time period during Summer. They can't survive here once it drops below freezing.
