What Purl said. Here's the view highlighted in TFs (notice the "P" is partially hidden):
Once you're there, it becomes more obvious. Continue climbing N Range Utility Rd (which is gated off at the highlighted lot) and make a right on the green Teardrop trail (really another dirt road). Then you can easily do laps of the various Half Pipe trails and/or access Broken Arrow and do a much longer lap of that trail to Firemans heading north to a left on Border. Jack of Diamonds is visible right from the lot. Much bigger tables, but the lips were very toned down when I was there last year.
