Yeah Hilltop is illegal for bikes. While people may ride it's not legal in whatever Draconian county that is.
 
Something weird going on - I just rated a few parks and now the list only shows the parks I rated. Re-started browser and same deal

hmm - i only see the ones you rated.
but the full list of parks is still there in the 'rate' dropdown.
 
Something broke with the carry-over process. I see why it's not showing but that's not supposed to have happened. Computers never break!
