Hi Ladies!

Time to get dirty and race! Lewis Morris is not technical and Kittatinny is only mildly technical, so these next 2 H2H races are always a good bet if you were thinking of trying your first race. If anyone has any first time questions, please post up here and the racers will hopefully reply. Women mountain bike racers are very friendly 🙂.

I will be riding Lewis Morris with some ladies on Wednesday, meeting at 4ish and rolling out a little after 4:30. Any ladies welcome. We may do 2 laps, so if you come later, we may be able to meet up around 5:30.
 
Ellen is a great mentor and will spend time going over any doubts/questions - I have definitely benefited from her pre-rides and mucho encouragement!

Any gals thinking of racing should join the ride tonight. Just bring lots of fluids - it's going to be a hot one!
 
Yes, it may be real hot today, so bring extra water and maybe some ice. I think I will have a spare leader, so if we have to split into 2 groups. I am cool with waiting after the climbs if you need to pace yourself in the heat.
 
Sad to miss this tonight ... its a HOT one! I may be there on Friday morning to get some race couse familiarity in...
 
I dont think we will get too dirty as there is not much mud, but we will definately get sweaty.....ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
