That's the bottom line here, there was an overall systemic failure because after many years with no incidents, things started getting lackadaisical.

A guy in Canada a couple of years ago killed 11 people, wounded something like 5 or 6 more in a mass stabbing attack, because guns are hard to get. A psychotic person who is properly motivated and with enough hate in his heart will find a way.

When I first arrived to what I would call a Mad Max Encampment I saw a towering pile of pallets. After a few days of camping in the desert rumors starting flying that said pallets would be lit on fire while I was there. Two nights later they went up - five stories of pallets. The heat was unlike anything I have experienced.

AR’s/AK’s are the most effective killing tools ever made. There is no reason for people of a civilized country to own weapons made for hunting people. Your argument that crazy people killing people with knives justifies people hunting guns is just crazy…… all I can say is wow🤦‍♂️

i'm not sure the number is relevant once it goes over zero.....

I get one kid so pissed off at another that they take a shot at them,
the alternative is often suicide if they can't single out one aggressor.

The point is it isn't the weapon, it is the person.
How did we miss helping them along the way?

Oh, he's harmless, just a little strange.....
 
Woke up this morning to see our home desktop, which is from my company, has the BSOD. Tried restarting a few times. From my phone, did a Google search of the file in question and saw the news reports. Turned off PC and will talk to IT.

Got to work around 7:30 and all desktops were able to work locally, no internet or network. But all my current task files are on the network. All functioning now at 8:15am.
