ouch. I hear ya I had a grade 1/2 and it hurt like hell for 4 weeks, but also no surgery. Even after PT took at least 6-8 months to feel better to the point where I could sleep on that side.

I felt lucky I was only off the bike outdoors for 2 weeks total and in a basic sling, but Zwift was allowed as long as I didnt put pressure on the arm. I gave it an extra week before I went outdoors just in case. The leftover souvenir lump is a fun pool party trick to show my friends and family.

That was great. Hopefully I will be back on the bike in January. Once I start pt. I hope to be back at the gym doing light leg work and some cardio. Does the lump om the AC joint
move around or does the scar tissue make it firm again.

Just received a "Notice of Proposed License or Registration Suspension" from the Morristown Municipal Court for an unpaid parking ticket in February of 2022. I have zero recollection of ever receiving a parking ticket in Morristown, although I did confirm that I was there on that date through (creepy) Google Timelines.

It's probably worth just paying the $45 to be done with it, but it's still annoying. I always use my phone to pay there, but the app somehow doesn't have records for that timeframe. I've also requested my credit card statement for that month, but not sure that would count as proof of anything anyway. Conveniently, the online NJ Court portal doesn't seem to be able to find a record of this so I either need to pay in person at the court or mail the payment within 14 days of the notice date, which was Oct 30 and received this afternoon.

I’d say it kinda just floats there with no real issues. I can press on it and move it noticeably but with zero pain. It’s a lump because the end of the clavicle is a little higher on that side.

It’s actually been about 2 years now that I think about it.
 
Went to dr after my echocardiogram he found a fibroelastoma in my heart valve and can potentially break and cause a stroke. That's pretty cool oh well time for a ride. No symptons just found pre screening for neck surgery

Things that make me frown…. Making a list of bike parts I need to buy before the Tariffs get imposed….. thinking tires, brake pads, some chains, maybe some cycling clothes…..maybe a cassette or 2. Got to get them before they are 20 to 100% more expensive.

so I took Franklin to the vet this morning (he has weekly appointments for sub-cutaneous fluids) and while I was there, this woman came in crying, holding a little (very little) kitten all wrapped in a towel and she was saying "i didn't see him... i didn't see him" and the receptionists called back for triage and they take her to a room and she's hysterical and they take the kitten into the back and all I hear is her saying "i didn't see him... i didn't see him"

and all I could think about all day is that poor little kitten and I want to call the vet to see if it's ok and I just keep thinking bad thoughts that it didn't make it or that it's like handicapped now or something and I am so upset but there's nothing I can really do
