I got an Apple Watch for Xmas so I quickly got in the habit of not carrying my phone. The down side of that is that I no longer have a camera with me. Not that I would have passed any graffiti where I was riding anyway. But my dog encountered a coyote for the first time (that I know of). Wish I got a pic. They stared at each other and did a little circle then went their separate ways. Maybe it was her size or her obnoxious orange safety coat that turned the coyote away.

There was actually a dirt road adjacent to the tracks and I didn't really have to ride on them except for over the bridges. Not a big fan of railroad riding, but this was acceptable.

work has really f’d with my BIYF lifestyle this week. I thought there would be some sort of bike share situation in Vegas
but nah....and not enough time to justify renting a real bike.
anyways...here’s a ride. Rode out to Madison to cop some tires from @gmb3. Riding at night in rush hour with two 27.5’s over my shoulder was interesting. Dropped the tires off then did some intervals till the jet lag kicked in. Back out of town tomorrow...guess I gotta go ham over the weekend to get back on track.
