Couple of commuter rides and some good ol’ mountain biking at the local Watnong. Every neighborhood kid within a ten mile radius was in the woods smoking weed today. Brings back memories watching them panic when I come up as if I have freakin red and blue lights strapped to my bike.

had to drop off and pick up the car today to get the muffler repaired/replaced...

rode 52 minutes so far on the two trips back and forth...

here's the BIYF question...do i go out and roll off another 8 minutes just to get credit for the day? or do i pack it in and relax after a couple of long days over the weekend?

Road clips

I finally swapped my MTB style SPDs with SPD-SLs on the road bike. I almost made an ass of myself in traffic a couple times but luckily there were no mishaps. There is going to be a learning curve with single sided road pedals/cleats...

Forgot to mention I almost hit some clown on the path outside our community. A complete chump on a townie weaving back and forth across the entire path, no helmet and wearing those full ear covering beats. He couldn't hear me yelling " PASSING LEFT" even when I was right behind him. Scared the crap out of him when I zipped by
