The July 31/31 Classic p/b Halter's, JORBA, & MTBNJ

I've done this a few times...only backing out early once because of #bumthumb. Taking this year off.

Haha ok. I saw your membership email come in this morning and thought, "Good god, another $100." This competition is going to bankrupt us LOL.

Heal up, and thank you for renewing!

7/2 in the books.

Jumped on the Marin again - raised the seat a bit, and threw on some blinky lights for a 6:30 start.
I was up at 3:45, not sure why. Gunna be a long day.

Sourland Ridge obscured by clouds in the distance.

Ima need some fenders if this junk keeps up...
In all honesty, the best piece of gear I ever invested in for road biking. Makes life that much more pleasant. I popped on this cheap steel singlespeed I’ve been riding and made it the bike for foul weather. What’s funny is I ride it 90% of the time over my much more expensive Specialized.

So how are people getting the Strava to just show the mile, time and elevation instead of posting the complete ride map?

From the app, choose share (i use an iphone)
choose a picture you uploaded into strava
copy link, past link

here is a vid from my iphone - kinda tough on a touch device, since no mouse cues.

For wet weather it makes it that much more bearable. And your bike gets trashed less. This time of year it makes less of a difference but in the weather months, big difference.
