Tickets for this go on sale Friday 4/5. I (and probably Mrs. G) intend to be there.

Got sick of having to repair one of my amps anytime I felt like playing (which is why I quit playing) so I got this setup going on. Got a bunch of trial plugins from NeuralDSP that sound SICK! Will definitely purchase a couple. Anyways…I played guitar… almost as rare as me riding a bike these days.

Amps ain’t dead. But damn if the fortin pack doesn’t sound like a freakin fortin. That’s the only plugin I tried so far.Welcome to the 2000’s. Amps are dead unless you’re over 60 years old or have a curly mustache and a Brewery Cap.

Here’s a wall of amps at a studio I was filming in a couple weeks ago.

There is actually some truth to that. The live room is just for tracking drums and scratch tracks. All of those heads are patchable to a mix of cabs in another room totally isolated. Always record a separate clean track of guitar for re amping later…ie you end up hating all the amps and you run it through neural lol.He lets the guitar player plug into whatever amp they want with whatever guitar they want and lets them turn all the knobs and then he just runs it through a MacBook with Neural DSP
Please put guitar in stand. Gravity and guitars, as with bikes, sucks.
It's normally in the rack. Just carefully leaned up against the amp for the picture. Please put guitar in stand. Gravity and guitars, as with bikes, sucks.
