Lol, I like the random tree. Nice song

LOL - Thanks. I was cutting down trees at my house last weekend. I thought the transition from the guitar solo to percussion solo needed some sort of segue. Had that clip accessible on my phone so I thought "why not"? I like random shit...Lined it up as if the tree falling was a symbol crash

If I stay here long enough I am going to bite on a guitar - true story.

It's going to be Les Paul, but the Firebird has been growing on me (and is way cheaper)...then there's the Fenders...

And my brain gets tired and I buy more bikes.

Guitars are like bikes, you can't own one.

True.

And the great thing about guitars is that they will last a lifetime and beyond, improving with age. Buy a $4000 Les Paul, you'll be playing it till you're 90 and it may even be worth more than what you bought it for.

Bikes on the other hand are rapidly depreciating assets. spend 4k on a bike and in 3-5 years, it ain't worth shit, it'll be worn out and you'll likely want to replace it.

You don't have to spend a lot.
IMO an nice Ibanez RG plays really nice.
The thinner wizard necks play nicer than the LPs.
And yes I have owned both.
same goes for many of the LTD of ESP Brand models.Like Jim Plays.
Their Les Paul model is easier to play wit the thinner neck imo, and has the emg pick ups if that's your thing. If not the less expensive ec models have humbuckers.
If you like the twang of a strat that's another thing all together.
You can get a cheap squire model or like the 6876 dollar model one I saw the other night you can spend a ton.
There are lots of modeling solid state amps which are ok.
But for me tubes are the only way to replicate that type of sound I like...

If you have an hour, do yourself a favor and watch this. Tosin is on another level. These dudes seriously changed my life.
