Great job by the mtbNJ crew 👏 Good vibes all around. Some really nice trails and fun loops! Good food, good vibes, good trails, doesn't get much better.
Shout out to the Marty's demo crew. Took the time to help me set up a Giant E- Stance for a ride made the whole experience fantastic 😀

Well it’s all been said, but yeah, crazy great day out there today!
Fantastic for us trying something new and seeing all the people have all the fun on all the bikes!
So great to see all the faces again after a 3 year hiatus on hosting events.
That’s always my favorite part.
We have some tweaks planned for the next one (yeah, I think it’s gonna happen again!)

Man that was an awesome day....thanks everyone for coming out!
And thanks to everyone who hit the enduro run....I have been wanting to have some kind of an Enduro event for eions now...THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY DREAMS COME TRUE!
Shot out to @extremedave @shrpshtr325 @graveyardman67 for helping with the set up and scoring.....This was our first attempt at doing this and thankfully we only had 1 mistake....and thankfully he was our teammate (@graveyardman67 ) so he literally TOOK ONE for the team.....Thanks Bill! Bills real time would have earned him a trophy that...well we wouldnt have given him anyway 🙂
Somehow my 8 year old rode the enduro course by himself.....now THATS terrible parenting for you! (ok really, that was one of the highlights of my day)
And none of you beat my time!!! WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀

Can’t say enough how great a day this was for this “advanced beginner” who is really more a roadie.
@MissJR and the 2 Steve’s led us on a great ride in the morning of the short track and then the enduro loop. We had a great group and everyone looked out for each other and the encouragement across the group was fantastic. I gained enough confidence to give the enduro loop a try at least once and was glad I did.
Then after devouring the cheeseburger and chips for an 11AM lunch I got to check out some eBike demos and OMG that was all kinds of ridiculous fun. But to make my ST loop official I went back for another solo loop on my Timberjack and finally got to see how much it can really do - and me too! To end the day with my only casualty being a broken pin on my pedal is a success for me.
Seeing all the people that I mostly type to on this forum IN PERSON was the best part.
This event was so well done it’s hard to find what could be better except it might be hard next year to top the cool comfortable breezy weather - perfect to be in the woods.

I had an fabulous time today laughing with friends and making new ones! Unfortunately on way home my heart went a little wonky so I’m in the ER now. Hoping it’s a fluke thing and I’ll be home soon.
Edit: I’m home with a heart monitor. All tests came back fine, but I almost passed out while driving so need to make sure nothing going on cause I had heart issues in past. Now I can at least get back to thinking about fun at the fest!
