Lots of long base mile rides starting now, or pretty soon to build your endurance. Wayway beats your whole body up so a bit of upper body strength building wouldn't hurt either. Then, do the Michaux Mash race on March 26th which is 4+ hours on very similar terrain to Wayway (only with more climbing) and if you finish with a smile on your face you're ready for the Bearscat.ok so how the hell do you train for 50 miles in Wayway 🙂
