Had a great group today and things probably couldn't have gone any smoother for the conditions we were in. Thanks for comin out guys😀

Despite all my issues, I had a wonderful time riding on real rocks again with you lot. Nice to meet Chris and Emry(?) and Mr O'Hara. Thanks all for waiting up for my malfunctioning ass!😀

Hey whats with the mister stuff :hmmm: Jeff or hey you is fine. That guy with the cracked frame would be Emrah. Sorry for my part in any ride hijacking. But I had a waffle deadline 😀 They were very good thank you!
 
The 'mister' was because I forgot your first name.... I thought about making one up, but decided 'Mr' would be more appropriate.

I just realized there was a crack right before we started below seat post collar. . It was nice and cold ride. I enjoyed every second of it. Thanks you all. Lets do it again.
 
What a day to be out in the woods. Awesome. It may have only been 13 degrees but keep in mind 95 degree days with 80% humidity are only a few short months away. Sorry about hijacking your ride Brett. Monster golf was a no good, though we did make out in time to see the new Chipmunk movie. :popcorn: It was perfect, daddy was able to doze off in a darkened movie theater and still do Dr. Phil proud. See ya next week.
 
I have not been on a ride like this in quite some time. It really was a blast! I was a bit worried what conditions would be like but they were great. Nice crunchy snow and very few areas of ice.

The temps really did not present an issue. I dont think any of us really were frozen (or made it public). Until we cut out on the road. OMG that was cold. I am staying in the trees the next few days or for as long as I can.

So great to see all of you guys after such a long time! Its been way over due! Lets do it again soon!
 
That was a great ride! I didn't think the hammers would come out so early, I was way overdressed to try to hold that pace for long. I ended up with my base layer frozen solid by the end.

Don't know what I was thinking bringing the gears, first water crossing I was SS in a 34X28 for I don't know how long then the derail cogs started freezing. At one point Fred says, Dude, somethings wrong with your chain. Stoppted to check it out, turns the derailier froze solid and I was dragging the chain on the ground!

It was great to meet some new guys, added bonus seeing Sean again, who brought some totaly rocking oatmeal cookies.

With my record on TGH rides, I hit only the even numbered ones, we'll see if I can do something about that, gears will be left home.
