This is reality now. There is no more value in decorum, and careful analysis and scholarship isn't cool. On the most fundamental level, I think this is appalling but they are just trying to stir the pot. I mean yeah - going to war on your own cities is INSANE but whether they announce it like this or old style really doesn't matter anymore. With social media, being outrageous sells (ads). Kinda like the old "sex sells" or "if it bleeds, it leads" from traditional media. I am convinced it has ruined society. Oh and no doubt this stokes the Tangerine Tyrant's massive ego too.

They offer cloud infrastructure products (OCI). They are at the lower end of database market share these days, but the database is included in their cloud offerings.
