Let's be real. Any parent who had the opportunity to pardon their kid for a non violent crime would do it. If you think Trump wouldn't, you're delusional.

I still cannot believe Trump was re-elected. My mind is blown, BUT it is proof of the disastrous last few years.

The Democrats need to get their act together and stop the nonsense or this “slinky” politics garbage is going to continue. I saw a new impeachment was mentioned the other day and could not believe it.

I think many people voted against a combination of inflation and the mainstream media - not for Trump. Trumps rhetoric and demeanor just helped deliver an even bigger middle finger to rising costs and a news anchor that spoke to them like they were an idiot.

Not sure what the immigration thing was about, but it helped inflate the housing prices and took affordable housing away. Not saying all the illegal immigrants are going to be deported, because there is no way that is ever going to happen, but if immigration halts for a bit it can allow housing to catch up, and help keep housing demand down a bit. If Housing comes down or levels, it slows equity and keeps excess cash/purchasing down and helps quell inflation. Upper middle class gives a bit to the lower middle class in this scenario (housing prices). People can own instead of rent from a large corporation.

We also still have a shortage in staffing in this country. Gov got too fat and ate up too much of the work pool - if he lays government employees off they can roll into the labor shortage in the private sector. This also keeps the pension liability from growing.

Just wondering if you are okay if Trump lies since you seem to be okay with the fact that Biden did as well when it had to do with accepting accountability from the judicial system.

It's not against the law to be a felon president. I didn't say anything bothered me. I'm just saying it's hypocritical to kick an illegal out of the country when MOST(not all) are trying to better their lives and their family's lives. But another guy convicted of breaking the laws is ok to kick them out. It's sort of absurd but Trump can be president but recant vote because he is a felon.

I think he pardoned him so Trump wouldn't physically harm him...but I could be wrong. Hunter is in the wrong by the way, not saying that.

the fact that they are illegals means they are obtaining a large portion of the benefits tax payers pay for without paying a fair share into the system. For someone that is always complaining about crowds and things costing more in addition to your savy investing skills I thought you would have thought the opposite.

All politicians lie. Trump just lies non stop. Sad that his base believe the lies.
 
For the record, inflation went down during Trump because of the pandemic but ultimately skyrocketed during Biden because of the stimulus TRUMP signed for at the end of his term. So on paper it looks like inflation was lower but Trump fucked it all.
