Seriously, why is CTRL-W such close to CTRL-Q?

Pearl

THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
I accidentally close programs all the time when I'm at work. Then I throw a hissy fit.

easy fix. pop the Q off of your keyboard, pop the P off of your keyboard, and switch them. you'll never have that qroblem again.

It takes less time to hit a key-command and make things happen instantly than to scroll over to a red X or a menu drop down. Ain't got time for no red x's!

Unless of course, you accidentally hit Command-Q. Then you're Effed.

I have a stupid question.

about the whole "PC" thing.

Doesnt that stand for Personal Computer???

If so, isnt your mac still a PC?

Is this like the kleenex, qtip, and bandaid thing?

You are correct. a PC Is a personal computer. So technically a Mac is also a PC.
PC just turned out to be the popular term to differentiate Windows machines from Apple machines. I think it started in the early IBM days.

I did this yesterday on a pc w/ browser not set to open tabs from last session. And a needed all 50 of those tabs. I could have punched a baby at that moment.
