I've been using those and they do seem to help with small bump compliance. Only a few $s more than the fox seals and they're really easy to put into the fork.Push industry’s dust seals

Got my tool today.I like the aluminum wrench as it works on two different fork sizes.
For example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254331176107?hash=item3b3751c4ab:g:9LEAAOSwv0tU55aw
Sounds like you probably want to take out a volume spacer.
Used the new wrench last evening on the Fox 34. Confirmed with some forceful body weight travel onto the fork I was getting about 100mm. Bled the air and removed the top cap. 3 volume spacers were present. Removed 1, reinstalled and aired back up to around 70psi. Did the body weight travel onto the fork again. Measured 120mm of travel. Need to get a real ride now. Did not set sag, will do later.Got my tool today.

I have be dealing with Abbey bike tools, think you would really like their products. Check them out for the socket. Here to comment about my observations with the Fox 34 130mm on the '22 Pivot T429 v3 last week at TSE. I'm right around the 180lb mark and was using between 72-77psi. Even slamming into rocks all week, I was only using about 100mm of the travel. Was running the recommended rebound setting from full open for my weight, but actually felt it was a little too fast, so went 1 more click slower.
I plan to try between 68-72psi next or lower, which would run more sag, but wondering if I should just remove some or all of the volume spacers and keep the pressure. If removing volume spacers, I'll need to get a chamferless 26mm socket.
Comments and suggestions please and thanks.
I've browsed Abbey Tools website in the past. Expensive stuff, but I'm sure quality. I purchased the alum. wrench pictured above in post #42 instead of the socket.I have be dealing with Abbey bike tools, think you would really like their products. Check them out for the socket.
I like the wrench but just make sure the fork crown will not interfear in working with the top fork nut. Yes their stuff isn't cheap and they only have a sale once a year.I've browsed Abbey Tools website in the past. Expensive stuff, but I'm sure quality.
