Hey Pearl, it's Lucas, i wanted to thank you for your hospitality at L+M last weekend, it was a pleasure meeting all you guys and riding soooo far behind you, i dont' know how anyone is going to have a chance against you during the race, you hammered through that place on that single speed like it was all downhill. See you guys around the trails, let me know when you are going to ride LM again, i will bring the kielbasy!!!
 
Ha, no problem man. Glad I can pretend like I know what I'm doing.

That was the second time I've been to Lewis Morris. Heath (foxtrot on here) was the one showing us around. Heal up those ribs!

So for about an hour and a half, the sun shines through a skylight above me. It feels like a sunbeam that heats up to 1000 degrees and burns the top of my buzzed head. I try to avoid it during the time it is here, but today I cannot. FFFRRRRUUU

That link didnt have anything in that area at all, just a flat roll through canal, bunker hill, woods of south brunswick. I think when we went with Bill, Mandi, Manny and Dustin we went up Zion? I can't remember, I just follow the people in front of me.

I blew through route 1 passing cars, it isn't a huge deal if you know what your doing. Nothing in this area is really too hairy. Except maybe the canal when assholes push you into the guard rail.

Puked for the first time riding yesterday. It wasn't so much of an effort thing. No half glass of milk with the mornings cereal before a ride.
 
Usually, I would think, you throw up and feel like crap afterwards. I felt so good afterwards (minus an empty stomach).
 
He looked like my prom date. Minus the dress. Milk + hot = puddle off to the side of the trail. Btw Mandi should still give the race a shot. She's not looking at the fun aspect of it. She seems hung up on the competition end of it
