OOS MOGA

Whoa.... so you did get hurt on that OTB?
Dang... sorry to hear. When I saw your rear wheel go up, I was like... oh shiet…..

When I messed up my ribs... I finished the ride thinking I was fine but when I got home and trying to park the car, that's when things started hurting.
Ha. Yeah. The ribs were still kinda bad from my bad OTB a few months ago. Hurt my wrist too. It's more just annoying and sensitive. Nothing that's going to keep me off the bike, thankfully.

No idea.... if it happens, google is going to guide me
It largely depends on whether I wake up in time. If I don't get up by at least 4AM, it prolly wont happen.
I did confirm I am not doing it, didn't I? Sorry, I was really looking forward to it. Is the NICa event even happening at this point? Waiting to hear from @Norm I suppose? What happened to @qclabrat ?

Yep.... you said your wife vetoed. No worries.
I think Walter said he OTB'ed a few times during a shake down ride on his Pivot.

I thought Norm said he was going to 6MR this morning to check on things?

Sometimes its better let it heal and stay off the saddle to avoid getting it worse.

Yeah. Taking my friend out for his first trail ride today, so we'll be taking it easy. It'll give me a chance to feel out my wrist. Should be interesting

Ouch. I OTBed on the Fug while hopping on my driveway (I can't seem to be able and lift the front wheel on this thing) and grated off half my chin, a palm and a forearm (I'm exagerating a little maybe), but everything is still fully functional. I guess new bike effect is not always positive?

I mean the geo should be pretty different from your previous bike which you are so used to.
When I took out the RDO to HM, I almost OTB'ed on a pebble lol

NICA event is happening for sure.

We were out there this morning and despite the absolute downpour last night, the trails were remarkably ok. In 24 hours I imagine it will be pretty much good to go on the NICA course. As for the rest of the park, I can't say how that will look but I imagine a little wetter than the NICA course, which is solid.

For sure, pedaling feels so much better and I don't feel like I'm clinging on top a tree anymore.

I've also updated to a new saddle, Ergon SM, it's even better than the Ergon SMC4 I used until now, I think I'll ditch the crotch padding altogether.

Great, getting the engine started already! I guess the after ride is a no go?

Loved my smc4... wish I had one, how much better is the new SM?
