OOS MOGA

I Might see you guys there at some point. I need to get out and figure out some good routes from rocky point.

You are right in that the Rocky Point lot will accommodate a lot of cars. Other than that I don't like starting in that lot as it's just harder to get there than the Buttermilk Valley or Claypit lots. I also prefer to start out climbing so I can finish with a descent.

We talked about doing an OOS TM last year. Let's make it happen for 1-2 parks this year. High Mt comes to mind, anywhere else?

As long as we know what we're doing I'm down with it. I personally don't so I would need to follow somebody else's lead.

Would hate to ruin good TM work!

Yeah. Depending on how many people decide to say they're coming I might switch the lot. I was also thinking to start out on grand tour and hit rocky point last so it's not ending on a grueling long climb if we do rocky. But if it's gonna be under 10 or so of us maybe buttermilk or claypit will work.

Buttermilk has overflow parking up the road. There is another clearing about a hundred feet up from the gravel lot where I usually park. It ***might*** be easier to get away with having a couple post ride libations over there, too, but I'm not sure about that one.

Is there any interest in an Allamuchy ride? Maybe Sunday May 5th?

Or we can do a double parker? Deer Park to Stephen's or Allamuchy into Stephen's?

There is always interest I would love to do the double or triple they are a blast. If you ever need someone to lag far behind you on trails if I am free I will join!

This is herb he comes over for pineapple... For the last 3 years he shows up when ever I have pineapple in my trash can at this point I just put the pineapple behind my car. When I hear rumbling outside its him trying to get in the can or he is stuck so I have to let him out. He lets me pet him also my wife once almost through him out till he woke up and scared the shit out of him. I think I can have him as a garage raccoon pet.

Im kinda leaning toward claypit. It's probably better for libations and easy to get to. The loop back is the hardes part because the first 5-10 minutes to and from are kinda boring. But the dh at the end isn't bad. And if anyone wants to hammer more miles they can hit huber from there.

Nice. When my wife and I lived in main st in Boonton we had Dwight the Rodent King, a big old groundhog that lived in a hole in a stone wall. He was pretty cool. Don't pet your racoon friend. He's cool until he contracts rabies and Paul has to shoot you behind a barn.

I don't mess with Paul the day time trash panda. In all seriousness next time he comes in the garage at night I'm gonna take pictures. If I leave a window open he will chill with my cat. I thought I was feeding the neighborhood cat when we moved in till I found herb on morning past out by the cat food.

Haha. Daytime trash panda is one of the funniest things I've heard in a while. I'm laughing so hard.
