OOS MOGA

Would that be harder/easier than the ride on Sunday? My intermediate ride at Cranks in 2019 was a solemn disaster!
Not harder.....if anything, easier. This will be running from the BS Camp which adds approximately 2+ miles. That coupled with the assumed larger group (20+ people) with a larger range of skill/fitness, I will keep the ride simple so there is minimal Yo-Yo effects.

Depending on the group size and skill/fitness, we may not even make it up to Upper Stephens.

EVERYONE that joined us this past weekend would be perfectly fine with this loop.

Thanks for the follow up. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend this time around, something just came up.

Be above my skill so I was planning on the novice beginner rides but if you’re leading and it’s less complicated course then I should be in for that. Just have to make sure the boy has somewhere to ride at that time as well.

I'd like to jump on this as well.....if invited.

Looks like i need to organize a road ride for a bunch of MTB riders 🤪

Noted and I would love the chance to return the favor and set up a nice endurance pace no drop road ride. I lead rides for martys often so plenty of experience and lots of route options to pick from that would suit most people.

Will check my calendar and possibly create a separate ride thread for this purpose.

Shades of death loop.

It’s a quote from a famous movie Stripes from 1981, was popular in the US as well as various countries in Europe. You should know by now I’m all about retro. We used to joke around on this thread for the first 30,000 posts then it became serious.

I was referring to Francis the Talking Mule, a movie series from the 1950s…and a mule is half an ass, hence the question.

BTW I wouldn’t get any reference to Bill Murray or Steve Martin in a million years, I’ve never found their movies funny and watching them gives me anxiety…
