Hey OOSers,
What has everyone been doing to stay in shape? I haven't ridden outside since Xmas and have only been on the trainer a handful of times this winter. Time to get on a program so spring thaw at Round Valley won't kill me. Plan is to get on the trainer at least once a week and outside either on a bike or jogging. Time or distance doesn't matter, goal is to do something other than watching TV or on the Internet. I'd like to mix in some yoga and weight training, but starting slow so it's achievable.
