OOS MOGA

Not available on Saturdays for the next several weeks. My kids will be grown up in a few years then I have more time for regular scheduled TM. I generally clean up debris every time I ride hoping that it makes a difference. Thanks for taking the lead for OOS in this venue. Are you available to ride Mills Sunday? I think you would like it.

my w1f3 and i were just talking about this - we have 2 years of hs left! we try to be involved parents in his activities (it is amazing how many parents are not - but i'm sure there is a reason) -not a bad thing - just a thing. I wasn't a band kid, he is, and likes both the competitive nature, and inclusiveness of the activity.
easier cause we only have 1.

Same boat. Lucky if I can get him in the woods.

Great age. Old enough that you can do stuff with them but young enough where they still want to hang with you.
Once they hit about 20 they seem to like their parents again, but by then their interests have changed about as many times as there are posts on this thread so it's not easy to find common ground. At least that's what I'm finding with my oldest daughters. The little one is starting to get to the oh so fun tween stage so I'll lose her for a few years but like her sisters, she'll come back around eventually.

I've never been able to get any of them(or even their mother for that matter) into anything I've been doing, whether it was bikes, fishing, cars, hiking/camping, boats, etc... They always have their own things and I'm cool with that and I participate but it'd be fun to do stuff I like as a family once in a while.

I’ve been hiking Mills with my wife a few times. I like the park but I’m not liking the fact that is supposedly not open to bikes. Has anything changed? I did see bikes all the time there though. Anyway, I don’t know if I can make it, yesterday I rode to shepherd’s Lake to help a little with TM after my follow up visit with my doctor (HBP) and I felt very light headed very soon. Funny part is the doc was very happy with my BP...so I am going to check how is going to go tomorrow and make a decision.

Stop building wheels!
I'm pretty sure my bp shot up each of the 2 times I found out I had to re-lace due to my own stupidity

Once again, anybody up for Saturday TM at RW State Park. The new trail is cokingalong nicely, just need some volunteering work to get finish and fully rideable. What do I need to do to make a few Oozerz show up? Again, afterward there’s swimming and kayaking on the lake available!
Leo, I might be able to make this. I should know for sure by tonight. If you have the link of the dates/times/locations easily accessible, would you mind posting it? thanks
