Not kidding.... running will strengthen your bones. But you have to find a right balance because between healing and running again... otherwise, you will only damage your bones more.

I usually skip out of work early on Wednesday to try to ride lately, but my boss was just in town if I can get caught up and still sneak out by 2 let’s hit wildcat. Starting from the miserable climb of batcaveI do what I use to do but stopped doing 90% of what I use to do, I am just focusing on the side projects I use to do. First paycheck was an extra 500 dallaroos which was nice because I paid for vacation and has given me more motivation to not buy a bike since I can pay off other priorities to make room for number 2 when we're ready.
Play hookie tomorrow I took off to watch end game but my wife wants to see it so we're going on saturday so I was going to run on a track and do yard work.
