No snow down here in central NJ (wherever that is) - but a good amount of rain!
Wet with the cool temps wasn't that bad! Felt more confident in the turns, and visible since i got knog'd up (thanks @stb222 and @Mountain Bike Mike)
Felt like I weighed +20lbs by the end of the ride tho. wish there was an average speed graph - the last uphill even had me laughing.

Well I’ve been out of electricity for 26 hours now because of the snow storm.
I worked all day shoveling snow and getting things cleared up.
Then I went to the park to access the damage. Quite a lot of trees down and all
trails are closed because of snow. I tried to ride a snowmobile track and found it
too slippery and no worth it. Right now we’re running on a small generator,
waiting for power to return.

So I got electricity back at 9 PM last night, 32 hours without.
The snow was kind of crappy today, too many ruts and large icy spots.
I rode some trails but it was getting to be more work than fun.
It was still great to see the large amount of snow in the park though!

strange look to the woods with the snow packed to trees.

Looks like I whupped ol @Kaleidopete this week, even passed @liong71er in mileage, unless he goes out today:

6 days riding
14 hr, 33 min
263.4 miles

Surpassed my previous weekly mileage record of 250.5 miles set in January, but did it in 6 days of riding vs 7. Looks like a 300 mile week is doable if I feel so inclined.

Anywho, since the mtb is laid up (gonna try to replace the pulley wheels today), all road rides this week:

All solo rides this week, only riding partner was mr. shadow

New socks this week:

Reports of some red tide at the beaches, I was coughing a little when I rode by here:

No selfies recently, so in honor of the temps dipping down to 49 last night, Hell of Hunterdon jersey:

Two weeks to go !!

@liong71er set sail to take advantage of the trade winds and put up a monster week - i think he had a premonition of @rick81721's call out, and dug deep putting up almost 34.5 hours of saddle time in the week, and 372 miles. That was over 60 hours in the last two weeks- over 600 miles !!
@DoubleD25 is consistent so the gap is not insurmountable. Will @jimvreeland ride 3 days without sleep to get back in this thing?
All will be revealed.

In the mortals group, it looks like @Kaleidopete is a run-away. Unless riding is @pygmypony's full time job, it is over. There may be some
jostling for second, third, and fourth place. Plenty of time to attack. Others in the mortal group should be shooting for a top 10 finish.
The contest is about 85 days long, there are 14 days left. Set your goal now, and go for it.

@CrankAddictRich continues to pound the composite group. Look for this division to be very competitive next year.

Here is a motivational image to help bring it home.

I sorta dropped the ball once Liong started posting 24-hour Centuries. Maybe I can compete with that next year when I push my bike across Alaska 🙂
