Greetings fellow road riding Mountain biker’s, I wanted to let everyone know about a fun event I’m promoting. The NJ Highlands Gran Fundo will take place on June 9th 2013 and is part of the Gran Fundo National Championship Series. There will be three distances to choose from ranging from 25 to 100 miles that showcase the beauty of the highlands region. Each of the three loops will have ample climbing and timed racing sections to challenge beginners to seasoned athletes. The start-finish will be at Craigmer county park in Newfoundland NJ and the loops will be made public shorty. Please check out the website to learn more.

that was my plan..... but I haven't gone more than 20 miles at a pop since I got back on the bike. I'll probably skip this event and aim for some of the ones later in the season
